The HCA Hope Fund was established in 2005, solidifying a resource for the organization's hundreds of thousands of employees across the country. As a 501c(3) charity, the Hope Fund distributes 2,500 grants per year to employees facing financial hardship. With many employees in states impacted by last year's hurricane season, and most recently Hurricane Florence, disaster relief and recovery has played a role in the Hope Fund's employee assistance efforts in the last year.
